Chris Oyakhilome is a Nigerian pastor, TV host and writer. He is also the President of the Believers’ LoveWorld Inc. and is also known under Christ Embassy International.

Chris Oyakhilome Background

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is the first child of the Oyakhilomes being born to Tim Oyakhilome and Chris Oyakhilome on the 7 th December 1973. He was educated in primary and secondary education from Ambrose Alli University. After graduation, he earned the degree of BSc Architecture.

AAU also awarded the honourary Doctor of Science. He also has awarded an honorary doctorate in divinity from Benson Idahosa University. The Reverend Chris was previously was married to Anita Obhodaghe. They have two children.

Chris Oyakhilome Ministries

While still studying at AAU, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome began his path into ministry. The Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship was then known as Youths For Christ (YFC).

YFC grew quickly and became the largest campus group. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. The church has its headquarters in Lagos. Believer’s LoveWorld has millions of associates and followers all over the world.

Through the atmosphere for miracles series, BLW became Africa’s most prominent Christian ministry on television. They stopped airing it in May of 2004 after President Olusegun Obasanjo of Nigeria declared that churches must stop airing miracles.

Chris Oyakhilome Family Pastor Chris’s Ministry includes four branches that include publishing ministry; healing ministry; television ministry; and the teaching ministry. He created the healing school, the atmosphere for miracles and the Pastor Chris global prayer network from these ministries.

Future Africa Leaders’ Foundation (FALF)

The Future Africa Leaders Foundation, an initiative that seeks to increase the potential of leadership in Africans, was created. Chris Oyakhilome Family The foundation helps young Africans who show leadership and have positive effects on their generation. This is accomplished by educating, empowerment of youth as well as mentorship.

The foundation recognizes these young leaders by presenting them with awards known as The Next Africa Leaders’ Awards. Held at the LoveWorld Convocation Arena in Billings Way (LCA), Oregun and Ikeja The ceremony is five years old. The President of BLW – Reverend Chris Oyakhilome, presents the award to the winners.

Oyakhilome The InnerCity Mission For Children

The InnerCity Mission to children is a faith based nongovernmental Organisation. The NGO was established in 2005, to reach the most vulnerable, poor, orphaned and vulnerable children living as poor in the world.

Oyakhilome The children and communities are helped by the foundation’s participatory and sustainable interventions. They include childcare programmes as well as child development programs and programs to strengthen families.

Chris Oyakhilome Family Trauma Care International Foundation

The TraumaCare International Foundation was established to improve the quality of life and health for local communities. They also promote improved emergency response when there is an emergency or accident. The foundation is able to help in the implementation of national policies on trauma treatment by providing them through advocacy as well as health education and community-based programs.

The foundation has provided over a thousand first aid, safety, and emergency response courses. They have also trained thousands of police officers, teachers and caregivers as well as road transport workers.

Volunteer Medical Corps

The Volunteer Medical Corps (christian medical outreach) is a world-wide christian organization that provides aid and medical assistance to people who are internally displaced or refugees from regions that are affected by man-made or natural disasters.

The outreach consists of a network of christian health workers, paramedics and students from every Nation. These volunteers provide emergency medical treatment, emergency assistance as well as sustainable health-care solutions for those in crisis.

VMC also offers local health services and manpower training to health workers. VMC outreach is open to everyone whose primary goal is to improve the health of the poor and to offer humanitarian aid.

Bible For All Nation

Bible For All Mission, an organization that is christian and non-profit is dedicated to the production, and distribution of the Bible in the format and language they are able to comprehend. Outreach helps people learn God’s Word and also allows people to receive the life-changing message from Jesus Christ.

BFAM has distributed hundreds of thousands of free copies of Rhapsody Bible in communities, prisons, hospitals, and other institutions around the world and includes South Africa, Nigeria, Gambia and Ghana.
