وحدة الدعم الأكاديمي: مسؤولة عن دعم الطلاب الذين يواجهون صعوبات في التعامل مع الدراسة. تقدم الوحدة الدعم عن طريق تقديم استشارات فردية في مجال الدراسة لمن يحتاج من الطلاب – تقديم ورش عمل للتدريب علي مهارات مختلفة (مهارات التقديم – المذاكرة و تنظيم الوقت – التعامل مع اللغة الانجليزية في الدراسة و مواضيع اخرى). تقدم الوحدة أيضاً مجموعات دراسية بمساعدة زملاء أكبر تحت إشراف الكلية
Academic support Unit: responsible for supporting students who have difficulties in coping with their studies: It offers on-on-one counseling services for students needing individual counseling, training workshops for different topics (study skills, presentation skills, academic reading skills and others) and it offers peer-tutoring groups for those in need.

وحدة الدعم الصحي: مسؤولة عن تحسين الوضع الصحي لهؤلاء الطلاب الذين يعانون من امراض مزمنة و عن الكشف عن المشكلات الصحية المنتشرة في مصر من خلال الكشف الطبي السنوي لطلاب الفرقة الأولى
Health support unit: responsible for the physical wellbeing for medical students via regular follow up of those students having chronic illnesses and discovering common health problems during the yearly screening for new comers
