1- Develop classrooms and classrooms and provide them with air conditioning, advanced tools and screens to display scientific content
2- Developing the department’s book on an ongoing basis to keep pace with ongoing developments in diagnosis and treatment
3- Conduct voluntary reviews by faculty members and supporting staff to help students and answer their questions.

5- Postgraduate studies: A plan has been developed to update the regulations governing master’s and doctoral degrees, and it is now in the stage of presentation to the college’s Quality Committee.
6- Holding workshops on a regular basis to train resident doctors, those registered for master’s and doctoral degrees from abroad, and trainees in subspecialties such as gynecological endoscopy and early detection of gynecological tumors.

Community service and environmental development:
(1) Participation with the best cadres, including faculty members, assistant staff, resident doctors, nurses, and medical convoys organized periodically by the College of Medicine to remote places.
(2) Establishing modern clinics to serve patients in cases related to maternal and fetal health, such as:
A- Diabetes clinic
B- Cardiology clinic
C - Clinic for early detection of gynecological tumors
D- Urogynecology Clinic
(3) Approval is being obtained to establish a violence against women clinic in coordination with the Forensic Medicine Department

• Skill lab: equipped with a display screen, a teaching hall, and four examination beds for practical training
• Museum: It contains a large collection of carefully preserved specimens
• 2 auditoriums + 6 teaching rooms (one for each department) equipped with display screens
• A library equipped with a display screen and computers
• A radiology unit (affiliated with the Radiology Department) (CT scan, Ultrasound, X-ray)
• Sound waves unit (3D, 4D) (for scientific research and medical services) under the supervision of Dr. Hisham El-Gammal
• A special ultrasound unit in the Oncology Department (for scientific research and medical services) under the supervision of Dr. Ahmed Al-Ajwani
• A training center for endoscopy under the sponsorship of Dr. Fadi Shawqi (Teaching and workshops including internal and external trainees, both undergraduate and postgraduate)
• The Urodynamics unit has been completed and will begin work soon
• The Intensive Care Unit affiliated with the Anesthesia Department: equipped with 9 beds and 3 respirators
• Intermediate care unit (euclidean): equipped with 6 beds
• Specialized clinics (oncology, heart, diabetes, early detection) under joint supervision with the departments assigned to them.
